Cancellation Policy
The studio may only book one client per session slot and as such, spaces are limited. The photographers and hair and makeup artists reserve the day in their calendar and do not book anything else during the session time frame in order to ensure that the Client has the best experience. A cancellation results in a loss of guaranteed and potential income for both artists. The retainer is NONREFUNDABLE and asks as a holding space for the Client time slot. Final Payment is due by May 1st. If payment is not received, it will be considered an intent to cancel; time slot will be released and the retainer forfeited. As this is a ONE DAY EVENT, there will no reschedules. A no show will be considered a cancellation, and as such all monies paid will be rendered forfeited.
